This is The Great Sylvanian Bake-Off 2015. 16 brave Sylvanian children think they have what it takes to win. But only one will arise victorious-  but who???...

"I am very passionate about cooking, which shows in my food. As I am Dinner Lady at St John School, I also love children, so that is why I created this programme many years ago!" says Mrs Patches, the main judge.

"Baking is what I do," says Christopher Appleblossom, who runs the Watermill Bakery. "So when I was asked to judge The Great Sylvanian Bake-Off, I immediately said yes!"

"My husband and I work in the John Lewis branch in Hazelnut Hollow and I work at the juice counter and The Lavender Tea Rooms upstairs. We do home baking and other things so that's why I'm a judge," says Mrs Maces.

Let's go to The Babblebrook Bay Hotel to see who today's winner is...

"Hello everybody, it's great you're all here! Today you have to bake us something round you have 2 hours, starting now!" Mrs Patches said.

"So Sage, what are you making?" Christopher said. "I'm making round jammy biscuits," he said.
"Nice!" Mrs Maces nodded.

"Mikaela, what are you creating?" Mrs Maces asked. "I am making berry tarts," Mikaela said. "Ok!" Mrs Patches added.

"Hamish, what shall you bake?" Christopher asked. "A cinnamon swirl!" Hamish said. "One of my favourites!" Mrs Patches said.

"Hello!" Heather said, "I'm making an apple tarte tatin!" "That's lovely!" Mr Patches smiled.

"10 seconds left until you serve up!" Mrs Maces announced. "Your time is up!" "Please bring your round items up to the table," Christopher said.

"Sage, your biscuits are yummy and the jam makes them even better!" Mrs Maces said.

"Mmmmmm, Heather, that tarte tatin is lovely with the jammy apples and the pastry is perfect!" Mrs Patches said.

"Those rich, juicy berries are delicious with the cream and the pastry is well baked. Great!" Christopher said.

"That cinnamon smells lovely and the syrup glaze gives it a lovely shine!" Christopher said.

"We have to make our decision now," said Mrs Maces.

"Ok, we've made our decision. The last finalist is.......             Heather!!!"

"It's just unbelievable!" says Heather Hazelwood, the last finalist.
